Orders, Pricing, and Availability
Placing an order through this website is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we confirm the order and it enters fulfillment. Until that point we may decline or cancel an order in whole or in part, including where an item is out of stock, where a price or specification has been listed in error, or where we cannot verify the payment method or the shipping address.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax and any duties, which are calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable. Prices, product specifications, and availability may change without notice. Forged and made-to-order wheels are built to your configuration and carry the lead times stated at the time of order.

Fitment Verification
Before an order ships, we check it against the vehicle year, make, model, and trim you supply. That check depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you give us. Modifications we have not been told about — including changed suspension, brake upgrades, spacers, non-standard hubs, and prior aftermarket fitments — can change the correct specification, and we cannot verify what has not been disclosed to us.
A fitment check confirms dimensional compatibility. It is not an installation service, an inspection of your vehicle, and not a substitute for professional installation. Wheels and tires must be installed by a qualified technician, torqued to the manufacturer’s specification, and re-torqued as directed. Mounted, installed, or road-used products cannot be returned as new.
Product Warranty
Products sold through this website carry the warranty offered by their manufacturer, on the terms that manufacturer publishes. Healio Co does not extend or replace that warranty. Where a manufacturer warranty applies, we will assist you in submitting and supporting the claim.
Manufacturer warranties commonly exclude damage from road hazards, impacts, curbing, improper installation, incorrect torque, racing or track use, corrosive wheel cleaners, and normal wear. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
SMS/MMS Communications
Healio Co may send SMS and/or MMS communications for promotional, conversational, and informational purposes, but only with the prior express consent of the recipient.
Consent to Communications
When you opt in to receive SMS/MMS communications from Healio Co, you expressly consent to Healio Co sending you SMS and/or MMS messages for the purposes described in “SMS/MMS Communications”. Healio Co does not charge any fees for these messages; however, message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier.

If you unsubscribe from receiving text messages, there may be a short delay while Healio Co processes your request(s). During this time, you may continue to receive SMS communications from us.
