Everything below applies to orders shipped within the United States.
Shipping
- Wheels ship crated and strapped to a pallet on insured LTL freight from Los Angeles.
- Tires ship ground, uninflated, unless mounted to wheels in the same order.
- Mounted assemblies ship as freight, balanced, with TPMS transferred if you supplied sensors.
- Coverage is the 48 contiguous states. AK, HI and PR are quoted individually.
Freight to a commercial address or a repair shop is usually faster and cheaper than residential delivery, which often requires a liftgate and an appointment. We will flag it when that trade is worth making.
Inspect the shipment before you sign
Freight damage has to be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Photograph the crate before it comes off the truck, open it while the driver is still there if you can, and write any damage on the paperwork before signing. A clean signature on a damaged shipment makes a carrier claim very hard to win.
Returns
- If we specified the fitment and it does not fit, we cover return freight and correct the order.
- Unmounted, unmarked wheels in original packaging can be returned within 30 days; return freight and a restocking fee apply.
- Mounted or road-used tires cannot be returned. Once a tire has been fitted to a wheel it is no longer resellable.
- Made-to-order finishes are non-returnable, because they were produced for your order specifically.
Manufacturing defects are handled under the manufacturer’s warranty and we will file on your behalf. Curb rash, pothole damage, track use and improper torque are not defects.
