FAQs

Fitment

Will these fit my car?

Send the year, make, model and trim, plus any suspension, brake or ride-height changes. We confirm it in writing before you pay. See How It Works for what we check.

What is offset, and why does everyone keep asking about it?

Offset is how far the mounting face sits from the wheel’s centreline, in millimetres. Higher numbers tuck the wheel inward toward the suspension; lower numbers push it outward toward the fender. It is the single most common reason a wheel that is technically the right size still does not fit.

Do I need spacers?

Ideally no. If the correct offset exists for your car, we spec that instead. Where a spacer is genuinely the right answer we will say so and tell you the thickness and the longer hardware you will need.

Can I run a staggered setup?

Yes. Wheels are sold individually for exactly that reason. Tell us what you want at each corner and we will check that the rolling diameters stay compatible — on an all-wheel-drive car that is not optional.

Tires

How do I read a tire size?

In 275/30R20: 275 is the section width in millimetres, 30 is the sidewall height as a percentage of that width, R means radial, and 20 is the rim diameter in inches.

What are load index and speed rating?

Load index is the weight each tire can carry; speed rating is the sustained speed it is certified for. Both must meet or exceed what your manufacturer specified. Going below either is an inspection failure and a real problem if you ever need to make a claim.

Can I run summer tires year-round?

In Southern California, generally yes. Anywhere that sees sustained temperatures below about 45 °F, no — the compound goes hard and grip falls off sharply, wet or dry. Pick all-season for those climates.

Orders and shipping

Do you mount and balance?

Yes, on wheels and tires bought together. We can transfer your TPMS sensors if you send them, and ship the assembly ready to bolt on.

How long does delivery take?

Stocked items ship within a few business days; LTL freight then typically takes three to seven business days depending on distance from Los Angeles. Made-to-order finishes take longer and we will give you a date before you commit.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not currently. We ship to the 48 contiguous states. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are quoted case by case.
